The challenge
In a large pharmacy chain, product guidance is only as consistent as the person at the counter. Newer staff can’t match a veteran pharmacist’s recall of interactions, alternatives, and companion products — and inconsistency in a health setting is a real risk, not just a sales gap. The chain wanted the same quality of recommendation in every store.
What we built
CONE RED built an AI assistant that helps pharmacists suggest appropriate, safe products at the point of sale — grounded in the chain’s own catalogue and rules. It is deployed across the 120+-location network and used in daily operation. The commercial model is a revenue-share partnership: CONE RED is paid as the system delivers value, which keeps our incentives aligned with the client’s.
On results: This deployment is live and in daily use. Independent measurement of its business impact is ongoing — so, deliberately, we publish no performance percentages here yet. We add outcome figures only once they are measured and confirmed with the client, never projections dressed up as results. Client identity withheld by request.
